The Courses
Half Marathon
START TIME: 10:00AM
Named one of the best half marathons in the U.S. to grab a personal record by RUN, the Hampton Half Marathon delivers a lightning-fast course with just 130 feet of elevation gain. This coastal New England gem combines speed with scenery, making it perfect for both competitive runners chasing a PR and first-timers looking for an unforgettable race experience.
Your journey starts in Hampton Beach, winding through charming seaside neighborhoods, quiet backroads, and wide-open marshland views. Gentle, rolling stretches keep the legs fresh, while the final 3-mile push along Route 1A offers flat, oceanfront pavement built for a strong finish.
From the moment you cross the start line to the last surge through the finishing chute, this is a course designed for speed, beauty, and brag-worthy race results.
This course is very spectator friendly with great views of the runners at the Start, all along Ocean Blvd, and at the Finish.
Pacers will be provided for the half marathon courtesy of Beast Pacing. Pacing groups will be as follows: 1:30, 1:40, 1:50, 2:00, 2:10, 2:20, 2:30, 2:40, 2:50, 3:00, and 3:30 (hrs)

5K
START TIME: 10:00AM
The Hampton 5K is one of the most scenic road races in New England! The course shares 2.5 miles of the half marathon course, which means you’ll be cheered on by tons of spectators as you run beside the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. After the finish, head on over to the Ashworth By The Sea Hotel for the after-party!
5K runners start alongside the half marathoners at 10 a.m. and also get hot soup and delicious craft beer (they just get the party started a little earlier)!
Parking
Several parking lots will be available for the event. Please note that all parking lots are managed by third-parties and prices may be subject to change. Street parking is also available throughout Hampton Beach. Please do not park on Ocean Blvd as it will be difficult for you to leave once the race has started.
BE PREPARED TO PAY WITH CASH OR CARD. All parking lots accept one or the other – not both.

Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be held on March 6th from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and March 7th on the morning of the race from 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM. Swag won’t be mailed out after the event if you don’t pick yours up, so don’t oversleep!

Awards
Comped and discounted entries to future races are awarded to the top 3 men and women finishers overall and the top 3 men and women in the following age categories:
5K: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Half Marathon: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
The overall category will be scored using GUN time and the age group awards will be scored using CHIP time.
